Overview - Messages

Messages are sent by an insurance company to a claim workfile. The Messages option in the My Work Dashboard allows you to view all messages for workfiles on your machine. Messages for a particular workfile are accessible by opening the Notes tab of the workfile, and then selecting the Insurance Company option from the Views panel.

Messages are automatically removed from the Messages screen when the corresponding workfile is communicated back to the insurance company.
